After our slightly disappointing miss of the OD Wound HM last week I think most of us were fairly confident going in there this week. For those of us who weren't there, last week we had one wight alive when the timer ran out on our second attempt and of course we could not abort at that point any longer so we got an accidental easy mode kill and couldn't give it any more tries. Being the kind that (sometimes) learns from mistakes, we had decided on a benchmark to be able to avoid accidental easy mode kills this time around. Otherwise we had more or less the same strategy as before, just hoping to execute a little bit better.

I'm not sure it's fair to say we executed any better, but somehow after a few tries we managed to clear the place with 14 seconds remaining, while having a total 6 deaths during the fight. Kinda embarrassing, eh? But well done everyone! Apparently it is not all that important if some healers or the tank dies as long as the DPS stays alive to keep killing stuff. I'll try to post a screenshot of the pretty retreat window when I get back home, so stay tuned. Edit: Here it is!

Before doing the Wound wing we had also warmed up with Disease and Poison HMs, so overall it was quite a succesful night. As a slightly interesting statistical tidbit, I'd like to share that according to my calculations we've found a total of 30 Symbols of the Elder King during our adventures in OD.
